Opening in fourth spot at 10/1 on the odds to win the 2015 Stanley Cup despite their victory over the New York Rangers in this spring’s championship series, the Kings have since moved up to third place at 9/1 on that list.

Chicago was a victim of Los Angeles’ playoff run this spring, falling to Los Angeles in the Western Conference final, while Boston didn’t make it past their second-round series against the rival Montreal Canadiens.

The Blue Jackets were a Wild Card team in their Eastern playoff appearance this spring; they’re at 40/1 on next year’s NHL futures board.
