Bills vs. Patriots 2015 odds: New England clear MNF betting favorite vs Buffalo

The Patriots look to remain undefeated and keep a hold on the top seed in the AFC with a win at home over the Bills as Monday night favorites.

Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

The New England Patriots are 22-2 straight up and 15-9-1 against the spread in their last 24 games against the Buffalo Bills. The Patriots can stay undefeated this Monday night with a win against Buffalo at Gillette Stadium.

New England is a 7.5-point favorite at home according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. This is the eighth-straight game that the Patriots have been favored by at least a touchdown since going off as a 1-point underdog in Buffalo back In Week 2.

The Patriots finally looked mortal in their last game against the New York Giants, trailing at the half and with under two minutes to go in the game. But Tom Brady led the Patriots down the field to set up a Stephen Gostkowski game-winning field goal as time expired and New England got out of town with a 27-26 win. The team fell to 5-2-2 ATS but improved to 9-0 SU in the process.

Now the Patriots return home, where they are 8-0 SU and 7-1 ATS in their last eight November home games per the OddsShark NFL Database.

The Bills have struggled with consistency all season long. But with their 22-17 win over the New York Jets, they moved to over .500 for the first time this season to 5-4 SU and ATS, and won consecutive games for the first time this season as well.

Buffalo will now try to top the Patriots in New England, which will be an extremely tall task. The Bills are 1-13 SU and 6-8 ATS in their last 14 trips to New England, with the one win coming last year in Week 17 with the Patriots resting their starters.

Monday night’s total is set at 48 points. The OVER is 5-1 in the last six games between the Patriots and Bills in New England.

Buffalo has a strong defense, but it had no answer for the Patriots last time around in Buffalo. Monday night’s game doesn’t figure to be much different, with the Patriots poised to overpower the Bills en route to another win and cover at home.
