NCAA Tournament odds: Round of 32 betting lines include Arizona, Villanova

No. 2 Arizona, No. 1 Villanova, and No. 1 Kentucky are red hot heading into the Round of 32 of the NCAA Tournament.

Godofredo Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

The No. 2 Arizona Wildcats have been tearing through their competition with a 12-0 SU and 9-3 ATS record over their last 12 games. The Wildcats will look to stay hot on Saturday against the No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes in the Round of 32.

Arizona is a nine-point favorite over Ohio State according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The Wildcats have dominated in the Round of 32 in recent years with an 8-1 SU and ATS record over their last nine appearances. While Arizona is 13-4 ATS in its last 17 games as the betting favorite, Ohio State is just 1-7 SU and 1-6-1 ATS in its last eight games as an underdog.

The Buckeyes have enjoyed success in the Round of 32, however, with a 5-0 SU record in their last five games in this round, with all five of those games going OVER the posted total.

No. 1 Villanova takes on No. 8 NC State and is another big favorite on the board on Saturday going off at -9.5. Villanova is on a 16-0 SU and 14-2 ATS tear and has also gone 15-5 ATS in its last 20 games as a double-digit favorite this year.

N.C. State isn't likely to go down without a fight, however. The Wolfpack are 12-4-2 ATS in their last 18 games as an underdog and 8-0 ATS in their last eight as a dog of nine or more. The Wolfpack even won five of those eight games as a 9+ point dog outright.

Of course, the biggest underdog on the board in the Round of 32 is No. 8 Cincinnati, going off at +16.5 at the sportsbooks against No. 1 Kentucky. The Kentucky Wildcats are 35-0 SU this season and 8-2-1 ATS over their last 11 games. With 10 wins by 15 points or more over that 11 game stretch, Kentucky is making it difficult on oddsmakers to find the right line to set.

With a 19-3-1 ATS record in the NCAA Tournament since 2004, the Xavier Musketeers have been the most profitable March Madness team of the last decade. No. 6 Xavier could make its backers some more money as a 7.5-point favorite this Saturday against No. 14 Georgia State.
