Fresh off upsets, teams like Wichita State and Yale look to do more damage in the NCAA Tournament in Saturday betting action.

Wichita State is a 2.5-point betting favorite against the 3-seed Miami Hurricanes according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The Shockers followed up a 20-point win over Vanderbilt in the No. 11 seed play-in game with a 10-point win over No. 6 Arizona on Thursday to improve to 21-3 SU and 18-5-1 ATS over their last 24 games.
Miami is just 2-2 SU and 0-4 ATS over its last four games.
In one of the bigger surprises of the first day of March Madness, the No. 12 Yale Bulldogs upset the No. 5 Baylor Bears with a 79-75 win as a 5.5-point underdog. Yale improved to 18-1 SU over its last 19 games with a 10-4-1 ATS record over its last 15 games.
No. 4 Duke didn’t look particularly sharp in its 93-85 win over UNC Wilmington, falling to 0-6 ATS over its last six games with a 3-3 SU record over that stretch. The Blue Devils will try to fend off an upset as a six-point betting favorite.
Come tournament time, the Connecticut Huskies can never be taken lightly. No. 9 Connecticut erased a 7-point deficit at the half to beat No. 8 California 74-67 and improve to 5-0 SU and ATS over its last five games. The Huskies will try to stay hot as an 8-point underdog against the hottest team in basketball, the No. 1 Kansas Jayhawks, who are 15-0 SU and 12-3 ATS over their last 15 games.
In Connecticut’s last 10 games as an underdog of eight points or more, the Huskies are 10-3 ATS per the OddsShark College Basketball Database.
Saturday’s game between No. 11 Gonzaga and No. 3 Utah looks so evenly matched on paper that it is even going off as a pick’em. Both teams come into this game red-hot as the Bulldogs are 6-0 SU and 5-0-1 ATS over their last six games and the Utes are 9-1 SU and 8-2 ATS over their last 10.
The OVER is 8-0 in Gonzaga’s last eight Round of 32 matchups and 6-0 in Utah’s last six Round of 32 games.
