Chicago will try to keep its slim playoff hopes alive on Thursday with a win as a betting underdog against the Miami Heat.

Chicago is a 5-point road underdog against the Heat according to sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. In their last four games as the betting underdog, the Bulls are 4-0 ATS and 3-1 SU with three straight upset wins.
The current 3-6 SU slump that the Bulls find themselves in started with a disappointing 0-2 SU and ATS record in back-to-back games against the New York Knicks. The Bulls have gone 0-5 SU and ATS in their last five games as a favorite, letting desperately needed wins slip away in the process.
With a 39-39 SU and 33-45 ATS record, the Bulls are running out of time to steal a playoff spot away from the Indiana Pacers or Detroit Pistons.
In the last 14 meetings between these two teams, the Heat hold the edge with a 10-4 SU and 9-5 ATS record against the Bulls per the OddsShark NBA Database. Miami is 3-0 SU and ATS against the Bulls this season.
