Baylor surged into the conversation for a one-seed due to its brilliant play through the first three months of the season, wrapping up January with a 20-1 SU and 9-9 ATS record after not even entering the season ranked in the AP Top 25.
But February hasn’t been good to the Bears so far, as they opened the month with back-to-back losses to Kansas and Kansas State and then suffered another setback in a loss on Monday night to Texas Tech. The Bears rank No. 12 in the nation in defense with 62.2 points per game allowed, and they will try to snap out of this mini-slump with a strong performance at home on Saturday.
Saturday’s total is set at 143.5. The UNDER is 7-1 in the last eight games between Kansas and Baylor.
These two teams entered this week both ranked in the top four in the AP Top 25 and the Coaches Poll. The team that comes out with a win this weekend will have some nice momentum in the polls and on the court for the stretch run.
