The San Antonio Spurs are 19-1 straight up and 12-7-1 against the spread in their last 20 home games against the Memphis Grizzlies. The Spurs hope to continue their success at home against the Grizzlies this Tuesday night.

San Antonio is a 10-point betting favorite in Game 5 at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. In the first two games of this series at home, the Spurs won 111-82 as 9.5-point favorites and 96-82 as 10.5-point favorites.

Coming off those two blowout wins in San Antonio, the Spurs looked poised to sweep the Grizzlies or at the very least come home with a chance to clinch the series in Game 5. Instead, San Antonio lost both Game 3 and Game 4, letting a 43-point night from Kawhi Leonard go to waste in Saturday night’s 110-108 overtime loss.

The Spurs will try to get back on track on defense at home, where they have surrendered only 80.8 points per game in their last six against Memphis.

In their last 29 postseason games at home, the Spurs are 22-7 SU and 19-10 ATS per the OddsShark NBA Database.

Betting Line / Total: San Antonio -10 / 186.5 Points

Trend: The Spurs are 12-7-1 ATS in their last 20 home games against the Grizzlies.

Trend: The UNDER is 7-1 in the Grizzlies’ last eight playoff games on the road.

Memphis Grizzlies

After getting steamrolled in the first two games of this series, Memphis fed off the energy of its home crowd to roll to a 105-94 win in Game 3 and to gut out an impressive win in a hard-fought Game 4. Mike Conley started the series off with a disappointing 13-point performance, but he followed that up with back-to-back 24 point games and then a sensational 35-point effort in Game 4.

Memphis has proven it can hang in this series, but it will need to snap out of a 1-7 SU and ATS postseason road slump to take the next step.

Tuesday night’s total is set at 186.5 points. The UNDER is 7-1 at sports betting sites in Memphis’ last eight playoff road games.

The home team is 8-0 SU and 6-2 ATS in the last eight games between these two teams. The Grizzlies weren’t competitive in the first two games of the series, but this time around they’ll enter San Antonio with plenty of confidence and momentum. How much that confidence and momentum will matter against one of the league’s best home teams is yet to be determined.
