Manchester City is well on its way to an English Premier League championship in 2018 with just one loss through 26 league matches and a record of 22-1-3. City would love to add even more hardware to its trophy case with a win in the UEFA Champions League as well.

Manchester is the betting favorite to win this year’s UEFA title going off at +350 at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.com. The club had little trouble in the group stage with a 5-1 record and a +9 goal differential, locking up a spot in the knockout round and a favorable first round matchup against Basel (+50000 to win the UEFA Champions League).

Manchester City is a -300 favorite on the road in the first leg of this matchup, which starts on Tuesday.

Paris Saint-Germain (+400) has a much less advantageous matchup in the Round of 16. The club did its part in the group stage, absolutely decimating its group with a 5-1 record and a +21 goal differential which was the highest in the group stage. But with Real Madrid (+800) surprisingly finishing behind Tottenham Hotspur (+2200) in Group H, two of the tournament’s top teams are set to clash in the first round of the knockout stage.

Wednesday’s game in Spain will be critical to Real Madrid’s chances of an aggregate upset. Real Madrid is a +135 favorite to win its home game, while Paris Saint-Germain is going off at +185 to win and +270 to force a draw. Madrid has won each of the last two UEFA Champions League titles.

Two clubs that could also get into the mix this year are 2012-13 champion Bayern Munich (+550) and 2014-15 champion FC Barcelona (+600). Bayern Munich held its own and matched Paris Saint-Germain’s record of 5-1 in Group B, while Barcelona went undefeated in Group D with a 4-0-2 record.

Other potential contenders include Manchester United (+1400), Liverpool (+1400), Juventus (+1800), and Chelsea (+2800). Liverpool finished the group stage without a loss at 3-0-3 and had a +17 goal differential in the round, second only to Paris Saint-Germain, albeit in a much weaker group.
