Hamstring Injury Rules Jose Bosingwa Out Of Chelsea’s Visit To Tottenham

First choice right back José Bosingwa has been ruled out of Chelsea’s match at Tottenham, having incurred a hamstring injury yesterday at the Stade Velodrome. Why was he playing in a match that meant nothing, Chelsea already having won the group? Graham MacAree gets into that. Suffice to say there was no reason save an attempt to build a struggling team’s confidence. Level one of that failure: Chelsea lost.
