Tottenham Hotspur moved to four points and second place in Group A after defeating Dutch champions FC Twente 4-1, with left midfielder Gareth Bale scoring the match's final goal in the 85th minute.

Bale, who had already drawn on of Spurs’ three penalty kicks, scored from the left-side of the area beating goalkeeper Nikolay Mihaylov for Tottenham’s final goal.
