The third and final round of the 2011 MLS Supplemental Draft is complete. As expected a few teams have chosen not to make their final pick, which the more I think about it seems like a complete waste. Were I in charge of one of these teams I’d attempt to trade the slot for $5 of allocation money just to see how Garber reacted. Also, does it seem to anyone else that being picked after a team passed would be sort of a downer?
