Bolton Vs. Chelsea: Starting Lineups For English Premier League’s Monday Night

Chelsea looks to close their seven point deficit on third place Manchester City with Monday's visit to the Reebok. There the defending English Premier League champions take on a Bolton side that lost 1-0 earlier this season at Stamford Bridge. That result's contributed to a downturn that finds Owen Coyle's side outside of European spots.

Hosting the Blues at 3 p.m. Eastern (ESPN3.com), the Trotters will see right back Gretar Steinsson return from his injury absence, relegating Sam Ricketts to the bench. Martin Petrov will start on the right wing for Lee Chung-Yong, still with South Korean at the Asian Cup. With Johan Elmander and Kevin Davies up front, Bolton will play their base 4-4-2.

Chelsea's starting XI sees John Terry make the team while Frank Lampard misses out, the veteran midfielder struggling with a calf problem. In his place, Ramires will start along with Michael Essien and a returning John Mikel Obi, the Blues playing their 4-3-3.

Bolton Starting XI: Jussi Jaaskelainen - Gretar Steinsson, Gary Cahill, Zat Knight, Paul Robinson - Martin Petrov, Fabrice Muama, Stuart Holden, Matthew Taylor - John Elmander, Kevin Davies

Subs: Bogdan, Rickettes, Wheater, Davies, Cohen, Moreno, Blake

Chelsea Starting XI: Petr Cech - Jose Bosingwa, Branislav Ivanovic, John Terry, Ashley Cole - John Obi Mikel, Ramires, Michael Essien - Nicolas Anelka, Didier Drogba, Florent Malouda

Subs: Turnbull, Ferreira, Bruma, McEachran, Kalou, Sturridge, Kakuta
