Juventus Vs. Parma: It Gets Worse For Juve, Felipe Melo Sent Off

Where have we seen this before? Can someone please inform Felipe Melo that it is not legal to blatantly kick people? And that it is especially not legal to kick people after the whistle is blown? This guy doesn’t seem to get it.

It’s taken just 17 minutes for Melo to be shown a straight red for the unbelievably stupid act of kicking a dude in the face after the whistle has blown. Massimo Paci committed a bad foul on Melo, for which the referee gave a free kick, but Melo apparently didn’t feel that a free kick was punishment enough. While both players were on the ground, Melo kicked Paci in the face. I’m going to type it again because I’m still finding it hard to believe that someone did something this dumb. FELIPE MELO KICKED A DUDE IN THE FACE.

Simon Pepe is getting ready to come on, though it’s not completely obvious who he’ll come on for. Honestly, even though he’s a substitute himself, it should probably be Amauri, who looks like he is actually intoxicated.

Oh, and a little bit of fun as I was about to hit submit. Juventus have had a goal disallowed after they scored it by kicking the ball out of the hands of Antonio Marante. This game is madness.
