UEFA conducted the draw for the Euro 2012 qualifying playoffs early on Thursday in Krakow, producing a couple of extremely intriguing ties and a seemingly easy road for the Republic of Ireland. Giovanni Trappatoni's boys drew Estonia, who surprisingly finished ahead of both Serbia and Slovenia, and will be heavy favorites. The Czech Republic will also be heavy favorites against Montenegro, but the other two ties are complete toss-ups.

Bosnia-Herzegovina vs. Portugal

The first legs will take place on November 11 and 12, with the exact dates not yet set for the games. All four of the second legs will take place on November 15. The Bosnia-Portugal and Turkey-Croatia ties are certainly much more intriguing than the other two, which appear fairly lopsided. Both Turkey and Croatia appeared in Euro 2008, while Bosnia-Portugal is a rematch of a World Cup 2010 qualifying playoff that Portugal won 2-0.
