First things first for Fulham vs. Liverpool: This isn't a bad game, by any means. There have been chances at both ends, both goalkeepers have made some important saves and Jordan Henderson has hit the post with a lovely shot. It's been entertaining, fun, and open.

It’s also been really stupid. Almost every chance has come as the direct result of a player making an awful mistake (typically Bryan Ruiz, who is busy making everyone who ever thought he was good look very silly right now). Both teams are playing badly, and if either one of them would stop making fundamental errors in both decision making and execution, they’d absolutely slaughter the other.
Not that that's really a complaint - the silly play has made the game quite a lot of fun. We've seen Pepe Reina save against Moussa Dembele on a one on one before barely dealing with a series of long-range thunderbolts from Clint Dempsey. We've seen Andy Carroll blast straight at Mark Schwarzer from close range and then fall down. We've seen him fall down again. Henderson provided a moment of real class when he wove through the Fulham defence and sent a dinked effort off the inside of the far post, but even that's a product of hilariously bad defending on Fulham's part.
So... keep up the entertainment, I suppose.
