Schedule Set For Two-Round Nutrilite Canadian Championship

With four teams competing for the first time, the Nutrilite Canadian Championship officially unveiled its new format on Friday. Instead of playing a round-robin as in years past, the four teams will play two-legged semifinals before playing a two-legged championship round.

The winner of the tournament will earn a spot in the preliminary round of this year’s CONCACAF Champions League. Last year, Toronto FC won the spot and advanced to the group stage.
