Vancouver Whitecaps Vs. Chivas USA: Lineups

The Vancouver Whitecaps are back at Empire Field where they are undefeated this season and hoping they can continue that streak. Vancouver picked up a win in their first match at their temporary home ground and drew their next two matches. Unfortunately for them, they've been as unsuccessful away from home as they have been successful at home. A pair of road losses have left them without a road point so they need points with Chivas USA in town.

The Goats have just about everyone available to them, but head coach Robin Fraser has a strange lineup that is described as such for one reason and one reason only. Justin Braun is on the bench. How Chivas manages to mount an attack will be interesting without their leading man up front.

Vancouver Whitecaps (4-4-2): Jay Nolly; Jonathan Leathers, Michael Boxall, Alain Rochat, Blake Wagner; Wes Knight, Kevin Harmse, Jeb Brovsky, Davide Chiumiento; Eric Hassli, Camilo

Chivas USA (4-4-2): Dan Kennedy; Michael Lahoud, Andrew Boyens, Heath Pearce, Ante Jazic; Simon Elliott, Jorge Flores, Ben Zemanski, Nick LaBrocca; Marcos Mondaini, Alejandro Moreno
