Can the New York Red Bulls shake off a disappointing start to the season against the visiting San Jose Earthquakes? If they're going to earn a much-needed win, they're going to be doing it without forward Juan Agudelo, who's being rested by coach Hans Backe. It's still a formidable-looking lineup featuring designated players Thierry Henry and Rafa Marquez, but Agudelo's been their main spark so far this season and is responsible for New York's only win to date.

San Jose, meanwhile, are playing Chris Wondowloski in midfield and playing a 4-5-1 with Ryan Johnson as the main forward. Ramiro Corrales is playing in the middle of the defence for the trip to New York - he'll be looking to ensure that the star-studded Rud Bulls lineup doesn't get too many opportunities to test Jon Busch.
