FC Barcelona has not looked kindly on Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho's rather insane post-match outburst regarding the refereeing of Wolfgang Stark at the Santiago Bernabeu, in which he insinuated there was some sort of UNICEF-related conspiracy to give Barcelona victories in the Champions League. Or something - my brain broke midway through reading because I can't handle that much crazy. Anyway, as one might imagine Barcelona didn't take very kindly to being called demons from the eighth circle of hell (Bolgia 10, for those wondering), and are strongly considering filing a complaint about Mourinho's comments:
Barcelona Considering Reporting Jose Mourinho Over Conspiracy Remarks
There will be an ‘extraordinary’ meeting of the board at 1700 [1600 BST] to discuss the action to be taken after the events of the Bernabeu. Later there will be a press conference at 1900 [1800 BST].
At the press conference after the game, Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho harshly criticised referee Wolfgang Stark and suggested Barcelona receive favourable treatment. The Legal Services of FC Barcelona are considering reporting the Real Madrid coach to the Disciplinary Commission of [European football’s governing body] Uefa.
It sounds like El Clasico’s going to be just as messy off the pitch as it was on the pitch. Doesn’t this sound like such fun?
