In the early match at the San Paolo, Lazio have been defensive, thuggish and over - cautious. Napoli have played their typical, free-flowing football. Yet it is somehow the visitors that have taken the lead, with a 29th minute goal by Stefano Mauri. Mauri's shot caught Morgan De Sanctis off guard as it rolled past the Napoli keeper and just inside the far post.
