This match is utterly insane. Just a minute after substitute Giuseppe Mascara very nearly put Napoli ahead only to be denied by Lazio keeper Fernando Muslera, Christian Brocchi sent in a shot on the other end that looked (from multiple angels, and even to a Napoli supporter) as though it had gone over the line. The whistle blew, but only for a free kick, and Napoli escaped unscathed.

Or so they thought. Napoli nerves were a-jangling, though, and a minute later Lazio had their go - ahead goal, through the surprising source of Napoli defender Salvatore Aronica. Morgan De Sanctis came rushing out to stop the Lazio shot, but the ball went behind the goalkeeper to where Aronica was waiting. But Aronica had a slight slip of the mental capacities and rather than clearing the ball, his momentum carried him through and caused him to put the ball in the back of the net.
