It is like deja-vu here in Frisco. With eight minutes and change left on the clock the center official has called a weather delay due to lightning and thunder in the area. It was only a couple weeks ago here at Pizza Hut Park when the Los Angeles Galaxy were in town on a Sunday evening when weather delayed that game for a hour.
FC Dallas Vs. Real Salt Lake: Game Suspended Due To Weather
FC Dallas and Real Salt Lake go into the delay still scoreless. Both teams have made a couple subs in the second half hoping to inject some energy in what has been a rather dull game. So far neither have been able to get anymore quality chances on goal.
The best chances in the second half have been thanks to Brek Shea finally getting involved into the offense. He's had a couple crosses in the second half that could have been extremely dangerous for Dallas had Fabian Castillo or Marvin Chavez.
