If DC United is going to be the team that hand the Portland Timbers' their first MLS loss at the fortress Jeld-Wen Field, they are going to do it with a makeshift lineup. Among their absences are Charlie Davies, Dax McCarty and Santino Quaranta. Joseph Ngwenya and Blake Brettschneider will start at forward and Stephen King gets a rare start in the midfield.
