Chelsea FC goalkeeper Petr Cech is out injured, and this time it has nothing to do with his head. The Czech Republic international reportedly sustained an MCL injury in training this week and will be sidelined for a month. His backup, 35-year-old Hilario, will step between the pipes for the Blues this weekend and into the next few games.
Chelsea FC Goalkeeper Petr Cech Out One Month With MCL Injury
Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech will be out for a month, with Hilario taking his place in the team

Hilario has, unsurprisingly, had an up and down career in a Chelsea shirt; such is the life of a backup goalkeeper. Cech is undoubtedly a world class goalkeeper and Chelsea will be affected by his loss, but they will remain heavy favorites in their next two English Premier League fixtures against West Bromwich Albion and Norwich City.
Chelsea will also be without David Luiz this weekend, but he should return to the team for the match against Norwich. In positive news for the blues, both John Obi Mikel and Romelu Lukaku should be available for selection.
