Napoli Vs. AC Milan, 2011 Serie A: A Brace For Edinson Cavani And Napoli Have A 2-1 Lead

What. a. goal. That's a brace for Edinson Cavani, and we're just 37 minutes into the first half. A beautiful shot from Cavani's strong right foot, the ball flew past Christian Abbiati before the Milan goalkeeper could really make up his mind which way to move. Full credit to Walter Gargano for this goal, however. The Napoli midfielder took the ball from the opposing box all the way up to the Milan area, where he cut inside. Despite having both Marek Hamisk and Ezequiel Lavezzi in the center, Gargano sent the ball to Cavani on his left. An incredibly smart decision that resulted in a partenopei lead.

Alberto Aquilaini tried to find himself a second goal as well, just two minutes after El Matador’s, but the Holy Goalkeeper Morgan De Sanctis managed to stick out a foot and nudge it away. The San Paolo is roaring its appreciation, but you can’t help thinking there are more goals in this one.
