Typically, yours truly loves when Serie A hands us some mid-week action, but at this point, this vesuviana would rather be poked in the eye with sharp sticks than have to watch Napoli falter, yet again, against opposition they should easy conquer. Fortunately this week they host relegation-dwelling Cesena, so...maybe?
For those of you fortunate enough to not have hopped on the roller-coaster ride known as being a Napoli fan, there are plenty of other mid-week matches to wet your palate. Although I’d recommend finding something better to do on Thursday, when the most Serie A could muster up is bottom-placed Novara against dismal Chievo Verona. Talk about being poked in the eye with sharp objects.
