Chelsea pair Frank Lampard and Ryan Bertrand have been ruled out of England's 2014 World Cup qualification game against Poland in Warsaw on Tuesday night.
Frank Lampard and Ryan Bertrand injured for England’s Poland clash
The pair will continue their absence from the England side due to injury.

The duo were absent for the game against San Marino with injury, and it appears neither will be fit enough to play on Tuesday either. It is not yet known whether either will be a doubt for Chelsea's next fixture when the Premier League resumes at the weekend. The Blues take on Tottenham away in their biggest test of the season so far on Saturday 20th October, and will want all their players back fit for the encounter.
There is some good news for England however, with Liverpool's Steven Gerrard ready to return after serving a suspension. He will likely take Lampard's place in the lineup and also take back the captain's armband from Wayne Rooney, who had deputised in the 5-0 win over San Marino in his stead.
