The FA have dropped all charges of "inappropriate language" against Mark Clattenburg after a complaint by John Obi Mikel.

The FA have announced that they have dropped their inquiry into Mark Clattenburg’s comments towards Chelsea players during the 3-2 defeat against Manchester United.
The claims had been made during Chelsea's 3-2 defeat against Manchester United, and Clattenburg had insisted that he was innocent in the affair. The Police dropped their own investigation earlier in the month, and now the FA have concluded that they will do the same after interviewing several of the parties involved.
Chelsea had also accused him of abusing Juan Mata but decided not to pursue the inquiry due to insufficient evidence.
Clattenburg had not been refereeing while the case was ongoing and will now return to normal duties. For Chelsea, however, they will have to deal with an FA charge levelled at one of their own players - John Obi Mikel has been charged with using threatening or abusive language and behaviour in the referee’s dressing room at the end of the game.
