Manchester United striker Dimitar Berbatov will leave the club this summer, his agent Emil Danchev confirmed.
Dimitar Berbatov’s Agent Confirms Summer Exit For Striker
Dimitar Berbatov’s agent has confirmed that the Bulgarian will leave Manchester United this summer.

Earlier this season Berbatov has become disillusioned with life at Old Trafford after falling behind Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez in the pecking order, and whilst he's still be among the goals when he gets the chance, the Bulgarian has been on the periphery for nearly the entire season.
Danchev spoke to the Bulgarian media this weekend, telling them;
I had three meetings with Alex Ferguson. We should accept that he’ll try to build a team for the next three or four years and Berbatov will not be part of this team. Ferguson wants to change the playing style, to implement more speed
Speculation immediately turns to where Bulgaria’s all time leading scorer will end up, and after being heavily linked to French league leaders Paris St. Germain for most the season, the newly rich side could be a tempting proposition for him, whilst other clubs in Italy and Germany will be fancying their chances of landing him.
We can forget about Berbatov moving elsewhere in the Premier League, or making a move based purely for the money, as Danchev went on to add;
Dimitar will most probably leave England but he doesn’t want to move to the U.S., Japan, United Arab Emirates or championships like these.
Berbatov arrived at United in 2008 for a fee close to £30m, was an important player for the club until this season, and despite his lack of appearances, remains a strong fans favorite.
