Manchester City Vs. Manchester United, 2012 Premier League: Gael Clichy Spices Things Up

Gael Clichy decides that this match is entirely too boring for his tastes, and so the Manchester City left back goes on a ridiculous run forwards, rampaging his was past no fewer than six Manchester United defenders in order to open up a genuine chance for Sergio Aguero, who sees the ball crowded out for a corner before he can pull the trigger. City keep the ball for a little while only for Aguero to blast well wide of David de Gea's goal when he really might have scored. Better from the hosts, who're really turning the pressure on in the last few minutes

It nearly comes to something after some excellent work from Yaya Toure, who dispossesses Phil Jones and launches a lovely counterattack which ultimately results in some chaos in David de Gea's box. Still no clear sights on goal despite attempts from City at Barcelona-style tiki-taka, but that was pretty nice.
