Liverpool vs. Norwich City: Lineups

Daniel Sturridge makes his first start for Liverpool in the Premier League as they take on Norwich City at Anfield.

Pepe Reina has not made the squad for the game, with Peter Gulacsi the backup keeper on the substitutes bench. Jamie Carragher also makes a surprise start, with Martin Skrtel on the bench for the Reds. Lucas Leiva and Jordan Henderson are alongside Steven Gerrard in midfield. Andre Wisdom also continues at right-back, with Glen Johnson playing on the left side of defence.

Norwich, meanwhile, opt with Grand Holt up front, with Robert Snodgrass and Alexander Tettey providing support. Anthony Pilkington is on the bench.

Liverpool (4-3-3): Brad Jones; Andre Wisdom, Jamie Carragher, Daniel Agger, Glen Johnson; Steven Gerrard, Lucas, Jordan Henderson; Luis Suarez, Daniel Sturridge, Stewart Downing.

Norwich City (4-5-1): Mark Bunn; Russell Martin, Ryan Bennett, Michael Turner, Javier Garrido; Elliott Bennett, Bradley Johnson, Jonny Howson, Robert Snodgrass, Alexander Tettey; Grant Holt.
