Paraguay vs. Colombia, 2014 World Cup qualifying: Preview and TV schedule

Colombia are going to Brazil while Paraguay are not, with nothing on the line Jose Pekerman will be looking for his side to improve upon their poor away form.

Colombia will be looking to close out their CONMEBOL World Cup qualifying run with a strong performance against Paraguay now that the business of securing a spot in Brazil is complete.

You'll forgive the Colombian team and their fans if they're still a little worked up from making their first trip to a World Cup since 1998. Combine that with their spectacular 25-minute, 3-goal comeback to draw against Chile on Friday and returning to focus on a match against eliminated Paraguay could be a tough task for Jose Pekerman. Colombia's recent away form in qualifiers hasn't been great so Pekerman would most likely like his side to finish with a win.

Paraguay were never able to properly replace Gerardo Martino after his departure in 2011 and are set to miss their first World Cup since 1994.

Match Date/Time: 8:30 p.m. local, 7:30 p.m. ET

Venue: Estadio Defensores del Chaco, Asunción, Paraguay
