La Liga, Week 11: Real Madrid takes out their frustrations, Barcelona and Atlético keep winning
Barcelona stayed in front of Atlético Madrid and Real Madrid at the top of the table while Villarreal and Espanyol stumbled.

Barcelona and Real Madrid both avoided any post-Clásico slip-ups with wins in their respective matches. The Blaugrana took care of Celta Vigo 3-0 while Real Madrid pasted Sevilla 7-3. Cristiano Ronaldo led the way with yet another hat trick, the 22nd time in his La Liga career he’s scored three goals or more in a match, while Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema both chipped in with braces.
Real Sociedad’s winning streak ended at two games with a draw against Real Valladolid and Almeria started a winning streak of their own finally notching their first win of the season withe a 2-1 win over Valencia.
