Italy vs. Germany: Preview and TV schedule
Germany will attempt to break their hex against the Italians as Joachim Löw leads the Germans for the 100th time.

Joachim Löw has handed Borussia Dortmund goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller a place on the German roster, giving him a chance to earn his first senior level cap. Weidenfeller hasn't played for the German national team since his days on the U-21 squad and still has a chance to make Löw's roster for Brazil next summer.
Bastian Schweinsteiger, Per Mertesacker and Mario Götze will all miss out due to injuries, but striker Miroslav Klose is set to return after missing last month's qualifiers.
Mario Balotelli is set to make his return for Cesare Prandelli with Pablo Osvaldo expected to start alongside the out of favor Milan striker. Giuseppe Rossi is unavailable, suffering from a virus.
