Parma vs. Juventus: Preview and TV schedule

There aren’t many mid-table teams you’d think had a chance of upsetting Juventus, though Parma have made a habit of it recently. They’ll look to take points from the Serie A champions once again on Saturday.

The last time Juventus won away in Parma, Alex Manninger played in goal, David Trézéguet started up front and Hasan Salihamidžić scored the opener. It's not an era the bianconeri fans will be too keen to remember. Two back-to-back scudetti and a dramatically improved squad later, and Juve still haven't managed to beat the gialloblu on their own turf.

It's a record Parma will look to maintain on Saturday; buoyed by a spectacular 3-2 win against AC Milan in their last home game. However, while there's no doubting the crociati's quality, consistency has been frustratingly lacking so far this season, and they'll be relying on their tendency to up their performances against the bigger clubs if they'e going to come away with any points.

Coach Roberto Donadoni will be unable to select veteran goalkeeper Nicola Pavarini, striker Stefano Okaka and midfielder Daniele Galloppa, though injured centre-back Gabriel Paletta is the only major first-team regular who'll miss out. For Juventus, attackers Simone Pepe, Mirko Vučinić and Fabio Quagliarella are all out with injuries, alongside wing-back Stephan Lichtsteiner.
