Sporting KC fans clean out Matt Besler’s wedding registry

Sporting fans made it rain on Matt Besler.

Denny Medley-USA TODAY Sports

It's good to be the king. Just ask Matt Besler.

The Sporting Kansas City centerback and Kansas City native is one of the club's beloved players and he also happens to be getting married this weekend. So what did the Sporting fans do to thank him for helping the club win MLS Cup on Saturday?

They bought everything on his wedding registry.

Everything.

Good on Sporting fans, who know that their star just cant possibly start married life without a “hip laundry basket.”

If Sporting can repeat next season, Besler needs to have a Sweet 16, Bar Mitzvah or Quinceanera.
