If getting up really early on Sunday morning is your thing, you'll be treated to a Barcelona match as the Blaugrana face Getafe in the early match of the day at the Camp Nou. If you need a little incentive due to the early start time, Lionel Messi will attempt to extend his consecutive league match scoring streak to 13 matches.
Barcelona vs. Getafe: Preview and TV schedule
The La Liga leaders have an early kickoff on Sunday morning as they look to get back in the win column against mid-table Getafe.


Barca are coming off a draw against Valencia and will be focused on getting back in the win column, something they should be able to accomplish. Getafe were overwhelmed 4-1 in the first meeting of the year between the two teams and that was a home game for the Azulones. Jordi Roura remains in charge of Barcelona as Tito Vilanova is again away undergoing further cancer treatment.
Luis García Plaza has six players out through injury or suspension but he will have defenders Miguel Torres and Alberto Lopo back along with winger Pedro Leon, who should make his return from a knee injury.

Xavi continues his recovery from a minor hamstring tear while backup keeper Pinto has a stomach bug and should be fine to make the bench. Getafe have a ton of injuries with four player missing for various ailments. They’ll be joined on the sidelines by Moya and Rafa who are both serving red card suspensions.
