I don't know how many times have come back from a 3-1 home defeat in a Champions League knockout game to win but it's not very many and also Arsenal are screwed so I probably shouldn't spend any significant time looking it up anyway.
Bayern Munich vs. Arsenal: Time and TV Schedule
This should actually be pretty hilarious.
Anyway, Arsenal are down 3-1 against Bayern Munich and have to go to the Allianz Arena minus Jack Wilshere, which means that they are completely, one hundred percent screwed. Sure, Arsene Wenger's making noises about anything being possible, but he's also making noises about resting his first-choice keeper, which would seem to indicate where his heart is.
So, in other words, Arsenal will be knocked out unless they manage to score at least three goals against a much better side away from home. Why even watch this game? Because watching them try will be funny.
