Fulham are on a four match unbeaten run, while QPR lost 3-2 in their crucial relegation clash against Aston Villa last time out. However, Harry Redknapp's side have recently shown signs of improvement, with wins over Southampton and Sunderland.

QPR need a win away at their West London rivals Fulham to move towards safety.
Still, they are seven points adrift of safety and will be without Samba Diakité, Andy Johnson and Armand Traoré for this trip to Craven Cottage, though those absentees won’t give Redknapp too much to worry about. What is rather more concerning is their away record, having won just twice on the road in the league since November 2011 -- though both of those wins have come since the start of this calendar year.
QPR won the reverse fixture 2-1 with a brace from Adel Taarabt, who, if he appears in this match, will make his 150th appearance for the Hoops -- though it's likely he will only appear from off the bench. Bobby Zamora -- a former Fulham player -- is expected to start up front after shaking off his recent problems.
As for Fulham, they'll be without Mahamadou Diarra for the rest of the season, while Kerim Frei is doubtful, though, as with QPR, they'll still be able to field their strongest eleven -- that is supposing Bryan Ruiz will be available after he picked up a knock on international duty with Costa Rica.
Their dangerman is obvious -- Dimitar Berbatov has now scored in his last three league matches, and his seasonal total of 11 goals is more than twice as many as any other player on both squads. As that would suggest, scoring goals has been QPR's major problem this season, though with their January arrival Loïc Rémy having scored three times in his opening six Premier League games, they may have found the solution.
