Juventus will have to mount a comeback in front of their own fans in order to get past Bayern Munich, but they will have to beware the threat of an away goal from the Bavarians.

Juventus will have to pull off a comeback in Turin if they wish to overturn Bayern’s first-leg lead and progress to the semi-finals.
Having lost the first leg 2-0, Juventus do not have an away goal, and thus will need to be wary of conceding on the counter-attack from a side that thoroughly outplayed them in the first leg. The tie is certainly not over, with the Bianconeri more than capable of pulling off such a victory, but the dangers will be numerous.
As well as having Arturo Vidal and Stephan Lichtsteiner suspended from the first leg, Juventus are suffering from a number of other injury problems. Bayern Munich's biggest miss will be Toni Kroos after his injury in the same game, although it did not appear to hinder the newly-crowned German champions at the time. Arjen Robben is expected to replace Kroos with Thomas Muller moving into a central role, the same plan deployed at the Allianz Arena.
A date with rivals Borussia Dortmund potentially awaits Bayern if they can progress, while Juventus have a chance to enjoy their return to Europe’s grandest stage if they can pull off what would be a remarkable result. The tie is still all to play for.
