City need to keep winning to keep their razor thin hopes of somehow catching Manchester United alive. It may not end up mattering if United keep winning, but a City slip could open the door for United to clinch this weekend. Roberto Mancini has switched his fullbacks bringing in Micah Richards and Aleksander Kolarov and moved Yaya Toure forward with Javi Garica playing deeper next to Gareth Barry.
Wigan have two games in hand on Aston Villa and Stoke City and could pull even on pints with both of them with a victory today. A win would also pull them back out of the drop zone with still a game in hand over their fellow relegation threatened clubs.
