For 84 minutes it looked like Levante were going to be able to at least claim a point off league leading Barcelona. Then Cesc Fabregas scored six minutes from stoppage time and gave the Blaugrana a 1-0 win at the Camp Nou.
Barcelona vs. Levante: Final score 1-0, Cesc Fabregas scores late to give the Blaugrana the victory
Cesc Fabregas scored with six minutes left to play as Barcelona reduced their magic number for the league title to six points.

The win restored Barca’s 13-point advantage at the top of La Liga and kept them on track to claim the title in early May. If the Blaugrana win next week and Madrid lose, they would claim their 22nd league title.
Barcelona should have gone ahead in the 16th minute but Keylor Navas made a great save, denying David Villa on a penalty attempt. Barca earned the PK chance after Levante's Pape Diop fouled Andres Iniesta in the box. Levante weren't thrilled with the call and to be fair the amount of contact seemed minimal. As so often happens though, when the penalty call is controversial, the ensuing PK is often saved or missed.
After defending valiantly, Levante finally were broken down in the 84th minute when Alexis Sanchez delivered a ball to Fabregas, who smoothly controlled the ball and beat Navas with a neatly placed shot into the bottom-left corner.
Eric Adidal started for the firs time since February 2012 and played 90 minutes in the defense.
Barcelona will now turn their attention to Bayern Munich and their Champions League semifinal first leg match on Tuesday.
