Despite a barren mid-season run which saw Steve Clarke's side go six games without a win, they are still riding high in eighth place, with their particularly strong home record a concern for Arsene Wenger. Arsenal will be looking to win consecutive away games for only the second time this season, last doing it in December when they saw off strugglers Reading and Wigan.
For this match the Gunners could be without Theo Walcott and Jack Wilshere, though both are likely to be involved. Nacho Monreal will be available after recovering from a slight knee problem, leaving only the long-term injured duo Ryo Miyaichi and Abou Diaby definitely sidelined.
West Brom's star winger James Morrison is a slight doubt with a hamstring injury, though Steve Clarke has declared that he should recover in time, leaving only Zoltán Gera and George Thorne out, along with the suspended midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu.
