Manchester City aren't about to stand around idly as cross-town rivals Manchester United celebrate reclaiming the Premier League crown. No sir. They're going to busy themselves in the transfer market, spending on a new round of stars to get them back to the top of the table. Also, they're going to buy Jesus Navas.
Manchester City chasing Jesus Navas

The Sevilla winger is reportedly on the verge of securing a switch to the Etihad Stadium for the cool sum of €20 million plus performance bonuses and wages of more than €5 million a season. That's a steep price for a 27-year-old, but at least Navas offers City and whomever their new manager might be an actual winger in the squad, which is something they've been lacking when you remember that Scott Sinclair doesn't really play football anymore. It also offers them really really really creepy eyes.
The Guardian reports that the deal’s just awaiting some i-dotting and t-crossing, so expect an announcement shortly. No matter what, Navas probably won’t be the only major target linked with City this summer...
