Everton vs. Chelsea: Preview and TV schedule
Both Everton and Chelsea are yet to lose in the league this season, and meet at Goodison Park in Saturday’s late kick-off.
The Toffees are still getting used to life under Roberto Martínez, who's looking to adopt a more possession-based approach after the departure of David Moyes to Manchester United in the summer. Likewise, their raft of summer arrivals are still bedding in, and it has shown in their pretty poor performances so far. They'll need to improve on their showings against Norwich, West Brom and Cardiff to get anything out of this game.
They will be without Chelsea loanee striker Romelu Lukaku, who is ineligible to play against his parent club. Joining him on the sidelines will be the unfit Antolín Alcaraz and Darron Gibson, while Séamus Coleman and James McCarthy are both doubtful. For Chelsea, midfielders Oscar and Eden Hazard are both doubtful after missing international games during the break, though should be available.
