AC Milan have confirmed the return of one of their greatest-ever players by announcing that Kaka's back. The Rossoneri have released an official statement declaring that the Brazilian playmaker that hasn't seen much time with Real Madrid over the past few seasons will join the club on a two-year contract through the 2014-15 season.
AC Milan confirm Kaka signing
Guess who’s back at Milan!

Nostalgia aside, it’s not difficult to see why Milan would be interested in picking Kaka up. He still shows flashes of his legendary skill when he gets playing time over Mesut Ozil and he’s also reportedly taken a massive paycut from his galactic-level salary at Madrid to join his old club. Los Blancos are apparently so happy to get his wages off the books that they’re letting Kaka go on a free, making it an even better deal for his new team.
Kaka should get plenty of playing time at the San Siro -- there’s no natural fit behind the striker, and there hasn’t been for some time (Kevin-Prince Boateng never really counted). If he’s happy taking a paycut, it’s a good move for everyone.
