Suffice to say, Daniel Osvaldo's Southampton career hasn't exactly gone to plan. The Italian international scored just three Premier League goals since making a big-money move to St. Mary's in the summer, and now he's already packed his bags for a return to the peninsula.
Daniel Osvaldo joins Juventus on loan
Juventus have signed Southampton striker Dani Osvaldo on loan until the end of the season.

The Argentine-born striker has joined Serie A leaders Juventus on loan until the end of the season, with the bianconeri able to make the deal permanent for a pretty hefty €19 million fee -- though that's payable over three years.
It's a solid signing for Juve, with Osvaldo certainly a capable striker. He scored 16 Serie A goals for Roma the season before departing for England, and will look to recover his best form ahead of the World Cup in Brazil this summer.
However, with Carlos Tévez and Fernando Llorente having struck up a nice partnership in Turin, he may well initially have to settle for a place on the bench.
