Whenever Arsenal get players back from long-term injury layoffs, it seems like someone has to go down to replace them on the injured list. The player who gets that distinction this week is Tomas Rosicky, who picked up a muscle injury in the Czech Republic's game on Friday, and was unable to play on Monday. Arsenal will have to evaluate him to figure out the extent of his injury.
Tomas Rosicky injured on international duty

Here’s what Rosicky had to say about his injury, via The Guardian.
“I couldn’t do any sharp movements, I couldn’t sprint. If I tried to play at one tempo, I wouldn’t make any difference for the team. I’ll come back to London and we’ll see. The doctor said I have something swollen between the muscles.”
Rosicky's injury could be a potentially serious blow to Arsenal given that Mesut Özil will be out for the remainder of 2015. The good news for the Gunners, however, is that Theo Walcott and Serge Gnabry have both returned to full training this week. It's likely that the pair will still be unavailable for this weekend's match and Champions League midweek, but they should be back to fitness shortly, so Arsenal won't be terrifyingly thin at attacking midfield for more than a week.
