The LA Galaxy and Seattle Sounders are the two best teams in MLS, guaranteed to finish atop the league and battling it out for the Supporters' Shield. Oh, and they happen to be tied on points heading into the last two matches of the season, which they will play against each other.
Ticket prices for the Galaxy/Sounders clash are sky high
If you want to see the Galaxy and Sounders, you better be willing to pay.

Never before has the league had such a compelling finish to the season, and it just happens to feature the two teams with the biggest stars and also, arguably the two biggest teams.
Naturally, fan interest is high, but it’s startling just how high. For Sunday night’s game in LA, it will cost you $116.39 to get a single seat in the stadium. Yep, that is the cheapest ticket on StubHub as of Sunday morning.
That is just for a general admission seat. If you want to be anywhere near midfield, it will cost you a cool $150 per seat.
But what if you want to sit at midfield in a club seat? Well you better be willing to shell out the cash.
$520 for an MLS match? That doesn’t happen.
Part of the surge in pricing for the match is due to Landon Donovan, who will be playing his final regular season home match. Combine that with the stakes and it's as must-see of a match as the league has ever seen. That MLS has a star whose farewell makes for a hot ticket and that a Supporters' Shield race can generate huge buzz is a big deal to the still-growing league.
All 27,000 seats at the StubHub Center will be packed, and everyone will have paid a pretty penny to get in. Then next week, the scene will shift to Seattle, where 67,000 fans are expected to fill CenturyLink Stadium. This is unlike anything MLS has ever seen before, and the playoffs haven’t even started yet. There’s no telling what a Galaxy/Sounders Western Conference final could do.
