Barcelona boss Luis Enrique has confirmed that striker Luis Suárez will make his debut for the club in this Saturday's clash with Real Madrid.

Barcelona’s latest galactico will make his debut at the Bernabéu in this Saturday’s clásico.


He will have some minutes for sure, how many I cannot say. It is a big thing for him, to join up finally with the team, and get some minutes.
It is not clear whether he will start the game, though that would be a popular decision. A recent poll in the Catalan paper Sport indicated that 70 percent of fans would like to see him from the beginning, while Suárez himself told the Guardian that he felt he was back in condition.
Bought for between €81m and €94m from Liverpool over the summer — the precise figure is disputed — the Uruguayan striker has been unable to play for his new club thanks to a three-month ban imposed by FIFA after he bit Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini during the World Cup. He has, however, made two friendly appearances for his club, in the Gamper Trophy against Club Leon of Mexico and against Indonesia for Barcelona B. He also appeared twice for Uruguay in the last international break, creating a goal against Saudi Arabia and scoring twice against Oman.
